Refunds will not be provided if the customer fails to board.
Please make your own refund or transfer at least five minutes before the bus departure. In the event of a refund, a refund charge of JPY 110 per person will apply.

Tickets without a reservation date can be used within the validity period.
Only if the ticket has not been used, the refund can be made by the customer himself/herself via Travel CUBE. Subject to a prescribed fee will be charged for refunds, so please check each product page.
