The method of using Travel CUBE Tickets varies depending on the product.
<Airport Limousine Tickets>
You can use your ticket in one of the following ways
・Display the QR code from the "Ticket Reservation Purchase Completed E-mail/Reservation Change Notification E-mail" you have received.
・Select the ticket you wish to use from the Reservation List, and click the "Confirm Ticket" button to display the QR code.
<Except for Airport Limousine Tickets>
1.Log in and Select the travel CUBE ticket you want to use from the Reservation List.
2.Press the [Confirm Ticket] button.
3.Press the [Use] button.
4.A screen asking “Are you sure you want to use this ticket?” will be displayed, so press the “Use” button on the screen.
*Please note that once the [Use] button is clicked, no refunds can be made under any circumstances.
＜When using the "Isaribi One-Day Pass"＞
Steps 1 to 4 are the same as above.
5. Tap the [Use] button to display the remaining valid time of your ticket. The logo in the center of the screen will start moving. Please show this ticket screen to the train staff when boarding and alighting.
＜How to Reopen the Ticket Screen＞
If you close the screen by mistake, log in to TRAVEL CUBE, go to the “Reserve/Buy” tab, and select the relevant ticket from the “Reservation List” to display it again.
