10-18．How can I purchase "Individually Sold Tokyo Subway Ticket"?

"Individually Sold Tokyo Subway Ticket "  is available only to passengers arriving in Japan on ANA flights at Haneda or Narita Airport.

Important Notes:

• You must have an active ANA flight arriving at Haneda or Narita Airport  reservation.
  
  
• The AMC (ANA Mileage Club) number registered with your flight reservation must match the AMC number registered with your Travel CUBE account.
  If the AMC numbers do not match, your flight information will not be linked, and the ticket purchase option will not appear.
  Please make sure your AMC number is consistent before attempting to purchase.
  
  

You can purchase the ticket in either of the following two ways:

【Method 1: Via ANA App or ANA Website】

1. Reserve an ANA flight arriving at Haneda or Narita Airport via the ANA app or ANA website.
   
   
2. After completing your reservation, access the route search as follows:
   
   
   • ANA App: Go to the Home screen and tap on Airport Access
     
     
   • ANA Website: Go to Reservation Details, then under Flight Information, tap Search Route from Airport
     
     
3. Your ANA flight details will be automatically reflected in the search results.
   
   
4. When a route using the subway is displayed, a banner for the "Tokyo Subway Ticket (Discount Tickets)" will appear.
   
   
5. Tap the banner to proceed to the Tokyo Subway Ticket purchase page.
   
   

※ If your ANA flight information is not properly linked, the banner will not appear.

【Method 2: Direct Search via the Website】

You can also purchase the ticket directly from the Travel CUBE website without going through the ANA site.
Please follow these steps carefully:

1. Go to the route search page.
   
   
2. Below the departure field, tap the [Select Destination Based on Reservation Information] button.
   
   
3. Select your reserved ANA flight arriving at Haneda or Narita Airport.
   
   
4. Once the route including the subway is displayed, a banner for the "Tokyo Subway Ticket (Discount Tickets)" will appear.
   
   
5. Tap the banner to go to the Tokyo Subway Ticket purchase page.
   
   

※ If you do not use the [Select Destination Based on Reservation Information] button, the ANA flight will not be linked,  and the ticket purchase banner will not appear.Be sure to select your actual ANA flight arriving at Haneda or Narita.
